Shipping
Last updated: 19 August 2026
Every piece is printed once you order it, so shipping starts at the print bench and not in a warehouse. Here is what I charge, where your piece is made, and what happens if something goes sideways.
Rates
| Destination | Standard shipping | Free shipping from |
|---|---|---|
| Mexico | $180 MXN | $3,450 MXN |
| United States | $25 USD | $500 USD |
| Canada | $45 CAD | $650 CAD |
These are the standard rates per order. Free shipping is calculated on the artwork subtotal, before shipping. The figure shown on the final payment step is what gets charged.
01
Where I ship
I ship to Mexico, the United States and Canada. If you are somewhere else, write to me before buying and we will see what is possible.
02
Where your piece is made
Orders going to Mexico are printed and shipped inside the country.
Orders to the United States and Canada are produced by a print partner in the destination region and ship from there. They do not cross a border, so they normally incur no customs paperwork or charges.
The standard is the same in all three cases: I approve the file and the specifications of every piece before it is printed.
03
How long it takes
I am not going to give you an exact date, because I do not want to promise something that depends on a print bench and a courier.
The order is always the same: the piece is produced, left to dry and cure, packed, and handed to the carrier. Large formats and acrylic finishes take longer than a small paper print.
As soon as the piece leaves you get an email with the tracking number, and from there the courier owns the tracking. If you see it stall, write to me and I will chase it with you.
04
Packaging
Every piece travels protected for its format and finish. Keep the packaging until you have inspected the work: if there is damage, photos of the box are part of the claim.
05
Your address
Check the address before confirming. If a parcel comes back because it was incomplete, incorrect, or nobody received it after the courier's attempts, reshipping is at your cost.
If you made a mistake, tell me within the first 24 hours: if the piece has not entered production, I fix it at no cost.
06
Taxes and customs charges
Because every order is produced in the destination region, there should be no import charges. If a courier bills you something unexpected, send me the receipt and we will look at it.
07
If it arrives damaged
It is covered. You have 14 days from delivery and all I need is photos: the detail is on the Returns page.
